Kavolunex is a small site with a narrow subject: what changes when a match-three board is given physics. It exists because that difference is treated as decoration almost everywhere it is written about, when in practice it is the thing that decides whether a stage is winnable.

Who answers
Michael Brown, who writes the site, reads and replies to everything himself. A reply usually arrives within a couple of business days. Anything sent over a weekend or an Alberta statutory holiday is picked up on the next working day, so a Friday evening message is normally answered on Monday or Tuesday.
Things worth writing about
- A board no longer behaves the way a section here describes.
- A correction: a stale detail, a term used loosely, a link that has died.
- An order for the Stage Type Handbook, or a question about one already placed.
- A privacy request under PIPEDA or Alberta PIPA — access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion.
- A copyright or trade mark concern, dealt with as set out in the Third-Party App Disclaimer.
Things this address cannot reach
Store accounts, card charges, refunds, lost saves and apps that will not start are all matters for the store and the developer. This site has no connection to those systems and no way to escalate anything into them, so writing here about a charge only costs time.
